What you share

Our forms and order requests may ask for your name, email, phone number, city or ZIP code, requested items, delivery preference, and a message. Share only what our team needs to respond. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, payment-card details, or medical records.

How it is used

Information you submit helps our team respond, review requests, coordinate available support, arrange orders, and keep request records. Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance, delivery, or an appointment.

Forms, payments, and messages

Microsoft hosts the individual support, volunteer, and donation-of-items forms. Website order requests are stored in our website system. Stripe handles payments on its own secure page; do not send card details to our team. Email, phone, text, booking, and social-media links open their respective services. Those services apply their own privacy policies.

To ask how your information is handled, correct a request, or request deletion, email bee@handofwonders.com. Please identify your request without including sensitive documents. Our team will review what can be corrected or removed, including any records that must be retained.
